​Class Content
Part One: Intro to Legislation ​- Hands-On Training
This session will teach you how to find and follow Jeff City legislation. Track a bill from the initial filing to the final votes. Learn how to make sense of the notations on the "actions page" of a bill. Find out how your elected people are voting, and more.
Note: You need to bring a laptop, tablet, or cell phone to access the websites, searches, etc.

Part Two: Committee Responsibilities
This session will provide a checklist of duties and responsibilities, including statutory deadlines for some items.
